Account and business details for creators and agencies, verification and consent records, customer conversation and CRM data entered by creators, customer age-verification status and reference data, offer, transaction and delivery records, complaints, and technical and security logs needed to operate the service. The categories processed depend on the person's use of the platform.

To provide the platform, verify creators and eligible customers, coordinate fulfilment after confirmed payment, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to complaints and takedown requests, maintain transaction records, and meet legal and payment-partner obligations. Processing is based as appropriate on contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests in safety and fraud prevention, or consent where required.

BluBizz is integrating Go.cam as its initial customer age-verification provider for the intended first-purchase journey. Where possible the specialist provider performs the underlying check; BluBizz aims to retain only the result and information reasonably needed to enforce it, such as provider, status, reference, timestamp, method where appropriate, and expiry or revocation status. BluBizz does not intend to retain customer selfies, biometric templates or identity-document images unnecessarily where the check can operate without them. A valid result may be associated with a customer record where permitted, and checks may be repeated if required.

Card and payment credentials are handled by the third-party payment provider used for a transaction. BluBizz does not store raw payment credentials.

Relevant information may be shared with age-verification and payment providers, hosting and communications providers, acquiring banks, professional advisers, and competent authorities as needed to provide the service, investigate reports or disputes, and meet applicable legal and payment requirements. Access is limited to appropriate purposes and subject to applicable privacy obligations.

Records are kept only as long as reasonably required for service operation, payment disputes, fraud prevention, tax and accounting, contractual obligations, performer and content compliance, legal obligations, enforcement of rights and processor or acquirer requirements. Periods differ by category and jurisdiction. Data no longer required will be deleted, anonymised or access-restricted as appropriate.

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data, or raise other applicable data-rights concerns using the form at the bottom of this page or by emailing support@blubizz.com. Some records must be retained to satisfy legal or payment obligations.
