Content Reporting & Takedown Policy
Anyone, whether or not they have an account, can report content they believe is unlawful, non-consensual, involves a minor, or infringes their rights.
1. What you can report
- Content involving or appearing to involve a minor
- Content shared without the consent of a person shown
- Exploitation, coercion or trafficking
- Copyright or other intellectual-property infringement
- Any other content prohibited by our Prohibited Content Policy
2. How to report
Email info@blubizz.com or use the form below. Please include: (1) a link or reference to the content; (2) why you believe it should be removed; (3) your relationship to it, for example the person shown or the rights holder; and (4) a way to contact you.
Copyright notices should also identify the original work and include a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
3. How we handle reports
Reports are acknowledged and triaged on receipt. Reports involving minors, non-consensual content, exploitation or trafficking receive priority review, and the content is restricted pending investigation.
We aim to act on priority reports within 24 hours and other reports within 7 days. Unlawful content is removed and, where required by law, reported to the authorities.
4. Creator notification and counter-notice
Where appropriate and lawful, the creator is told that content was removed and why. A creator who believes content was removed in error may reply with supporting evidence; we will review it. Content involving minors or non-consent is not restored.
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts with repeated or serious breaches are suspended or terminated.
Report content
Serious safety reports receive priority review and affected content may be restricted pending investigation.
