Age Verification & Child Protection Policy

No person under 18 may create, appear in, sell, buy or access adult content on or through BluBizz or BlurDrop. Content depicting, involving or appearing to involve a minor is strictly prohibited, whatever the claimed age of the people shown.

Where the legal age of majority in a user's country is higher than 18, the higher age applies.

Every visitor to this website must declare that they are 18 or older before the site is shown. Visitors who state they are under 18 are refused access. This declaration is a first barrier only and is not treated as verification of age or identity.

Creators must complete identity and age verification before they can sell content. Selling privileges are not enabled until verification has been completed. Details are set out in the Creator Verification, Consent & Content Ownership Policy.

Customers are required to complete an age check, intended to be provided by a specialist third-party provider (Go.cam), before their first purchase or access to adult content. The check is separate from payment. BluBizz intends to store only the result and a reference, not selfies or biometric data.

Current status: the platform is in pre-production. Customer age verification is planned to be implemented and tested before material production processing begins.

Any report or indication that a minor is involved receives priority review. Affected content and accounts are restricted immediately pending investigation. Where a concern is confirmed, content is removed, the account is terminated, and the matter is reported to the relevant authorities and child-protection organisations where required by law.
