Creator Verification, Consent & Content Ownership Policy

Every creator account must belong to an identified adult aged 18 or older. Before selling privileges are enabled, the creator must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and complete a liveness or selfie check, and must provide accurate legal name, date of birth and contact details.

Accounts that have not completed verification cannot publish paid offers. Verification may be repeated where details change or a concern is raised.

Every person who appears in content and can be identified must be an adult and must have consented. Before such content is sold, the creator must hold and, on request, provide for each performer:

• proof of identity and age at the time the content was produced;
• a signed consent and release covering recording, publication and sale;
• confirmation that consent has not been withdrawn.

Content without the required records may not be sold and will be removed.

Creators may only sell content they produced themselves or are fully licensed to sell. Stolen, leaked, scraped or rights-infringing material is prohibited. Creators keep ownership of their content and grant BluBizz only the limited rights needed to store, display and deliver it to paying customers.

Agencies may manage creator accounts only with the creator's written authorisation. Each creator managed by an agency must be individually verified. Agencies are responsible for ensuring that the creators they manage meet this policy.

A performer who withdraws consent, or who appears in content without having consented, may request removal by emailing info@blubizz.com. Such content is restricted promptly while the request is reviewed.

Verification and consent records are kept securely for as long as the content is available and for a further period required by law or by our payment partners.

Current status: BluBizz is in pre-production. Automated creator verification and consent-record collection are planned to be implemented and tested before material production processing begins. Until then, creator onboarding is limited and reviewed manually.
