About the platform
BluBizz provides software and administrative tools for independent creators and agencies. The legal duties of each participant depend on their activities and applicable law.
Age and identity requirements
BluBizz requires creators to be at least 18 years of age. Creators must establish the age, identity and consent of individuals appearing in their content, and follow all applicable record-keeping requirements.
U.S. record-keeping rules
18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 CFR Part 75 establish record-keeping and disclosure duties for certain content and producers. Whether and how these duties apply to BluBizz or any particular creator requires assessment of their activities.
