Acceptable Use Policy

BluBizz is intended for creators and agencies meeting applicable verification requirements to manage customer relationships and sell lawful digital content they have the right to distribute. Production selling privileges depend on completing required checks.

Users may not upload or sell prohibited content, misrepresent what a customer is purchasing, harass customers, attempt to circumvent payment or verification controls, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. See the Prohibited Content Policy for the full list.

Every paid offer must accurately describe the content being sold. Misleading offers are grounds for immediate suspension.

Suspected breaches may be reported using the form below or to info@blubizz.com. BluBizz may investigate, restrict or remove content or transactions, warn, suspend or terminate accounts, and report matters to competent authorities where legally required. Serious concerns may require immediate temporary restriction.
